Cushion Covers Only: If you’re ordering cushion covers without inserts, these will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked, allowing you to follow your order right to your door. Delivery typically takes 2-5 working days after dispatch.
Covers with Duck Feather Pads: If you choose to include our luxurious duck feather-filled pad inserts, your order will be shipped via DPD Next Day Delivery for a faster service. You’ll be able to track your parcel in real time and even manage your delivery slot via the DPD app for added convenience.
Once your order is packed, we’ll send you an email with tracking details, which will update as soon as your parcel is collected. Plus, enjoy free shipping on all orders over £100 to mainland UK.
Please note that processing time (5-7 working days) is separate from delivery time. Processing covers the time needed to prepare your order, while shipping time refers to how long it takes from dispatch to delivery.
